Our work is centered around custom homes, renovations and commercial buildings for Middle Tennessee. Southern Construction is founded by Brandon and Natalie Pardue, a husband and wife team who have combined their talents to build custom homes that hold memories and purpose for the families who reside in them. Their talents in interior and exterior design coupled with their love for southern travel and charm have been the inspiration for each of their beautiful and unique designs. Each design is inspired by the timeless and classic beauty found in the Southern home. Southern Construction strives to bring a style that is set apart, a simplistic elegance that will stand the test of time. We believe that the benefits of being small custom builders are that we can provide a personal touch to the building process, as well as strive to meet individual needs and desires. You cannot talk to founder, Brandon Pardue without seeing his passion for each design jump out of his spirit. His passion is absolutely contagious. Brandon is a native resident of Nashville and has 15 years of residential and commercial construction experience as a general contractor. Their attention to detail and unique design is evident by looking at the beautiful homes they build and floor plans they create. Together their goal is to make your dream home a reality.
